Annual Subscription

Radioss is available through an annual subscription model using Altair Units. This licensing approach offers maximum flexibility, you can activate HyperMesh with Radioss whenever needed and pause usage when it's not.

With Altair Units, you receive a commercial-use subscription license that allows access to Radioss along with other analysis tools such as HyperMesh, HyperView, and OptiStruct—maximizing the return on your investment.

Start by contacting one of our sales representatives, who will prepare a tailored quote based on Number of users, Type of license, Required modules, Optional services (e.g., training), Payment terms. Upon accepting the proposal, you will receive installation and activation instructions within a few days to run HyperMesh with Radioss on your system.

With the Annual Subscription, you can activate the HyperMesh + Radioss configuration that best suits your needs. Through Altair Units, you gain access to all the simulation technologies required for your projects.

Annual subscriptions are valid for 12 months and are billed at the start of the subscription period.

Yes, customers with an active annual subscription may request to transfer the license to a different machine by submitting a formal request to Altair.

Altair Units licenses can be either:
  • Floating on-prem: managed by a server within your organization; Radioss and HyperMesh can be used by any user on the internal network.
  • Hosted: managed by Altair via a cloud server; ideal for distributed teams and offering greater flexibility.
